| Q: | Inputs and outputs not all showing up in Pro Tools. |
| A: | I have the AD-16X, DA-16X and the X-HD cards connecting them to Pro Tools. In the Hardware Setup in Pro Tools I only see 8 analog inputs and outputs and 8 digital inputs and outputs. How can I choose 16 analog inputs and outputs? The channels that show up as digital in the Pro Tools Hardware Setup are actually analog 9-16 when using Apogee devices. |
| Q: | Is the X-HD Card compatible with a Pro Tools system installed in an expansion chassis? |
| A: | Apogee does not support using interfaces with X-HD cards connected to a Pro Tools system running in an expansion chassis. |
| Q: | There is no sound coming out of the interface. |
| A: | There is no sound coming out of the interface in which the X-HD card is installed. What settings should I check?
If you are using a Rosetta 800 or Rosetta 200, you need to set the Source to Analog Outputs to Option. If you are using the DA-16X, make sure that INPUT is set to Option. |
