All customers in the United States and Canada who purchased Quartet on or after January 1, 2013 are eligible for
a free Quartet iPad/iPhone cable. Please submit the form below and a cable will be mailed to you as soon as possible. Any submission with an ineligible proof of purchase date will be disregarded. Shipping will be charged. Canadian customers are responsible for all duties and fees.

Once the cables are available in your area, the Distributor will send your cable and charge shipping. Any submission with an ineligible proof of purchase date will be disregarded.
