"When I heard the Symphony I/O, in 2.2 seconds, I heard the difference. I heard the detail and clarity that went into this box... I refuse to do another record without Apogee."

"Everything is so much clearer now! With Symphony I/O, I don't hear anything but what comes off the console, exactly as it went in. After switching, my mastering engineer said to me, 'I don't know what you're doing differently, but it sounds like you've cleaned the windshield!'"

"I've been using Apogee products from the beginning and the Symphony I/O is unquestionably the most transparent and best sounding converter ever! I'm proud to have it in my arsenal of mastering gear; I use it every day."

"Symphony I/O is a revelation. I rely on samples to give the director an idea of how the cues for the movie will sound. They need to sound as realistic as possible. That means, beauty of sound, punch, and very importantly - sound staging. Symphony I/O is fantastic in all these aspect of the sound. It a big step forward. I use Symphony I/O with Logic in my writing room. Many things inspire me, but what "irks" me is when the gear doesn't work and sounds bad. That's why a piece of gear like the Symphony I/O is really important to me. It's more "fun" and inspiring to work when everything sounds better."

"I really love the Apogee sound; in a way, I feel there's something magic about how their converters can transform electricity and a string of bytes into beautiful sounds. The Apogee ONE, Ensemble and Symphony I/O are all a essential part of my studio."

"Apogee provides the kind of superior sound quality and usability that I look for in my studio designs both as a user and as a designer. In my latest design, I chose to make Apogee's Symphony I/O the centerpiece because in a fast paced creative environment there is no time to question the equipment. With Apogee's reputation I can always count on Symphony to capture exactly what I am hearing without compromise."

"Symphony I/O is the sexiest piece of gear in my studio. It's also the heart of the studio as i trust that anything i put through it will sound the best way possible. Another thing that attracted me to this unit is the whole Mac/Logic/Apogee unity. I don't have the patience to try to make gear work with each other, instead this unit was made for my working environment which makes me very happy. I got my much needed 16 in and out channels all in one box which is very neat when i do my summing mixing. The mixer interface on the Mac is very nice and clean, but most importantly, this is the BEST sounding box available right now!!!! I simply LOVE IT!"

"I was astounded at the Symphony I/O. The depth, the 3-D characteristic to it is kind of an intangible thing that you can't really explain...You FEEL it. There was a feeling of more of that openness and air around everything and the detail and the 3-D quality that is what we all really hope for when we record music."

"With Symphony I/O there's a tightness in the sound that enhances everything. Kicks have more punch, snares have more hit, vocals stick out without you having to turn them up, everything just sounds more in place sonically and where it's supposed to be."

"With the Symphony I/O, I can meet all my current studio needs, but have room to add additional I/O from the same box. Aside from all the other benefits, being modular is really what appealed to me. I see my gear as an investment. I'm never getting rid of my Apogee stuff!"

"I was mostly attracted to the Symphony I/O because it's the best looking piece of gear I'd seen in ages. I might even say it's word "arousing." Conveniently, it sounds even better than it looks. The entire Gomez record was written in Logic with a Duet, Ensemble, my Symphony I/O and a laptop."

"I've always been a fan of Apogee sound and design, and Symphony I/O is their best work yet. It sounds amazing and facilitates my creativity and workflow. The fact that it's modular and can work with any DAW makes it the most flexible interface that I've ever seen. Apogee has raised the bar on what a high-end interface can do."

"It's been quite sometime that we've been looking to upgrade the converters in our A room and the rest of our facility. We wanted something that would cut down on rack space, have multiple channels, but also sound better than most other units out there. We found that in the Symphony I/O and it is truly amazing. Whether we are working in Logic using the Apogee Symphony Card, in Pro Tools using our TDM system or even quickly monitoring in Ableton using the USB connection, the flexibility and quality of the Symphonies are unsurpassed. We were the first studio to convert a whole studio and run 3 units together and we are proud of that. Now we have a few more scattered across our other studios and I couldn't see us ever going back to our old setup. It just doesn't compare."
