The Best There Is!

"I did extensive research of audio interfaces for Mac, and I picked the Apogee because it has the highest quality A/D/D/A converters, clock, and preamps of any single unit out there. It does not disappoint!"

Im lovin it!

"Really loving the Ensemble, I upgraded from the Apogee Trak 2. Apogee never lets me down with their products. I really like the functionality of the interface and how easily it syncs with my Mac & Logic. Sound is clean and to the clear. The best bang for your dollar."

Its an apogee...

"Simple the finest A/d/D/a on the market without getting into a boutique item. I have had mine for two years bought it here. You will notice how pure and qualitative the sound is, In and Out as soon as you hear it, simply the best in this price range, enough said!!!

Ensmble is ballin'

"Just received my ensemble yesterday. It was my upgrade from the MBOX 2 MINI interface. Out of the box it was just so cool looking. It was so easy to set up and use, I was rolling along tracking in logic moments after I got it. It's got the COOLEST lights as well. This interface is a MUST BUY."

Well Worth The Price!

"I also upgraded from the Motu MK828 with expectations because of the price. This unit is amazing. Easy to use with the Mac and get down to some great sounding recordings. Far superior unit than the Motu or any other unit I have ever used. Well worth the price!"

The best firewire unit!

"I have used a lot of firewire devices and the preamps, converters and the sound quality blows away any m-audio, 003, motu, presonus unit. It is expensive but the quality is worth it. Apogee uses quality parts, support their products, and its built like a tank. If you want to upgrade your system just make sure you have good mic's and proper acoustic treatment. Then you can really appreciate this device."

A+

"I own this and the duet. Quit reading reviews and buy the thing it will be the best investment you ever made. Pre-amps awesome and transparent and the ability to record @ 196k give me a break.......Why are you still reading?"

Apogee Ensemble

"The Apogee's preamps are clearer than most preamps in it's price range. I feel it contends with some of the best pre-amps in the world. Very low noise, if not any. Great functionality. It's integration with what I use, Logic Pro and Abelton Live sync's wonderfully with Maestro, the live mixing program. Most importantly, you will never have better customer care. The first time I called in, a what seemed like 50-year old guy picked up with a warm and chilled voice in two rings. He helped me so quickly, and didn't care about the bull s**t aesthetics. They're online chat is great, their updates are easier than anything I've ever worked with. Their products, have been around for many years, and they've kept their quality and their character. All in all, as an Apogee Ensemble owner all I can do next is buy the Symphony"

Incredible Interface!

"Buying this interface is the most significant improvement I have made to my studio in years. It sounds incredible. I'm hearing my music as I never have before. Logic Pro is my main DAW but I sometimes use Pro Tools L. The integration with Logic is fantastic and it works in standalone mode with everything else. At this price point this is far and away the best audio interface I have ever heard or used. If you use Logic this is a no brainer, get it. Ensemble far exceeded my expectations!"

Simply the best.

"If you're not in the mood to argue about which vintage tube pre-amp has the best sound and you just want a rock-solid, almost infinitely configurable, studio-grade interface with a noise floor so low you'll hurt your back trying to reach it, this bud's for you."

Apogee Ensemble is really an amazing product.

"I am a producer, and I have to say I was amazed with the ensemble. The ease of installation (except the fact that in the first time I had to do a firmware upgrade which I really am afraid to do), after the firmware upgrade everything worked like a breeze. But whats most striking is the sound. the sound is simply amazing. Even mp3 sound amazing with these DAC's."

Highly recommended.

You have to hear this to believe it!

"Ensemble sounds better than my buddy's $15k Pro Tools HD system! You have to hear it to believe it. The mic pre's are insanely good too. Great job Apogee."
