Apogee ships only via UPS or Fedex to the contiguous 48 states in the USA. For our customers protection we will ship using ‘signature required’ only and cannot make exceptions to this requirement. Apogee does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. If shipping was charged to the initial order it will be refunded, however return shipping will not be compensated.
Full refund will occur within one week of receiving the returned product. We strongly encourage return product to be shipped via a trackable method.
How to Request a Refund:
In order to request a refund, click the “Contact Apogee Electronics” link within your emailed order receipt. Within the next window select the Subject line “I’d like to request a refund or return an item”. In the Message section please explain the reason for your request. Apogee will then reply with shipping instructions.
